PRE-ARRIVAL PHONE CALL

Every guest received pre-arrival update information and a mandatory screening call three days prior to check-in to answer any questions or address wellness concerns.

SAFE DISTANCING

We maintain the 6 foot safety distance in, dining, pool areas and other activities. Occupancy restrictions are based on state regulations. 

CLOTH MASKS

Staff and guests must wear cloth masks when safe distancing is not possible except, as examples, in pools, guest rooms, while dining or if a breathing condition already exists.

TEMPERATURE SCREENING

We do no-touch temperature checks for all staff. 

HOUSEKEEPING

Cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place to pay particular attention to high touch, non-porous items within your room and housekeepers change gloves after servicing each room.

DINING

Seating and dining hours are arranged to meet the state’s occupancy requirements. Most food options  you love are still available.

CLEAN HANDS

All guests are encourage to wash hands frequently, sanitizing dispensers are located around the property, for hand health frequency.

SYMPTOMS?

Any guest experiencing symptoms will need to return to their room and call “0” for assistance.
