Welcome to our new online, efficient, friendly and customized reservation system. We know the first time you set up and register will take you a few minutes, but the next time you return you will not have to enter all your information because the account is set up and you can make your reservation request. Other features are also available within your account and we think you will find them useful.
Reservations are strongly suggested. There is a 2 day minimum June 24 – 28, July 2-5, July 23-25, August 28 – September 1, 2020, except when made on the same day.
Reservations are strongly recommended and taken on a first come first serve basis. Reservations are not complete until payment is received. Please read the cancellation policy online before making a reservation.
A slip is not guaranteed with your reservation, the Marina reserves the right to raft boats together. Unless stated in the reservation, all vessels should be prepared to have boats rafted to both sides of the vessel. We do our best to accommodate every boater. We can normally provide adequate services for all boaters. Electric and water hook-ups are available on a first come first serve basis and cannot be guaranteed in all situations.
Check-in begins at 2pm. Check-out is 11am.
Boats that arrive early or depart late will be assessed an additional fee of $25/hr. Ten or more minutes will be billed as a whole hour.
Reservations, Cancellations and Refund Policies
All reservations have a 20’ minimum. A slip reservation is not confirmed until payment in full has been received. Upon arrival, the Dockmaster reserves the right to measure any vessel’s LOA and charge for any overage not initially billed. LOA includes any appendages, sprits, or otherwise in front of and behind the vessel. It also includes the outboard motor in the trimmed up position. The average outboard adds 4’ to the length of the vessel.
Cancellations: Reservations cancelled by 2pm, 48 hours prior to the reservation date may be used up to one calendar year from the original reservation date. If you cancel your reservation after 2pm within 48 hours of the reservation date you will lose the remaining reservation within the next 48 hour period. Reservations cannot be canceled or rescheduled within the 48 hour period leading up to the arrival date. For example, if you have a reservation for Friday/Saturday and cancel at 2:30pm on Wednesday, you will have a remaining credit of 1 night for use within the next calendar year. Canceled reservations may be made via email or by speaking directly to the Dockmaster. If you cancel a reservation please plan ahead when re-booking as availability is limited and on a first come basis.
Refunds will only be given in the event of a catastrophic force of nature such as a hurricane. Refunds will not be given because of rain, wind, running aground, mechanical failure or other factors.
The resort is open and is accepting reservations online or over the phone. The indoor salt-water pool is open, but with restrictions. For details inquire within.

The Entire Cape Ann’s Marina Resort Team
Easy 3 step process to complete a reservation:
TIP: The marina verifies all LOA measurements for accuracy. If your LOA is not approved, your profile will be updated by the marina and you will need to submit a new request using the updated LOA. Requests that do not include payment information cannot be processed and will require you to submit a new request with authorized payment details. You don’t want to overlook this because it will then take more time.
Contact Dockmaster: If you do not want to Register for an account to make reservations you can contact the Dockmaster, however this is less efficient way to process your request and not recommended.
