SPRING 2023 MARINE SERVICES
Spring is just around the corner! We are excited for the upcoming boating season and hope you had a safe and healthy winter.
In this packet you will find a Launch Request and a Commissioning Request. Just like in the fall, please send all your paperwork to Allie storage@capeannmarina.com. To be queued for your preferred launch date, please ensure all paperwork including an updated Certificate of Insurance is completed and submitted. We encourage you to reach out to Rob, our Marine Service Coordinator, with any questions you may have. He is ready and willing to help facilitate all of your engine service needs, hauling/launching, transports, bottom painting, detailing, and more. He can be reached easily via email at service@capeannmarina.com or on the phone at 978-283-0806 EXT 481. Please keep in mind that all service and yard requests must be submitted in writing with the forms provided. All requests are scheduled on a first come- first served basis. These forms can also be found below and you can “bookmark” this page for future. Please email your forms to Allie, as we work towards a more environmentally friendly paperless scheduling process.
All service and launching requests are processed on a first come – first served basis. Requests beyond the realm of standard commissioning may be scheduled separately as summer work. You are required to return all service requests 30 days prior to your preferred launch date. Launch dates are not guaranteed – if you find that you are not able to meet your preferred launch date, please notify us at least one week in advance.
New for 2023, customers who do not service with Cape Ann Marine must be present at time of launch. Your Launch Request is only a request. Confirmation of your request will be finalized and scheduled through our Service Department to coordinate a supervised launch based on availability.

The marina store is fully stocked with cleaning, painting, and detailing supplies as well as coast guard safety items to prepare you for the upcoming spring! As we all know, due to the pandemic there have been supply chain issues around the world. Unfortunately, this means a lot of parts are on backorder, the prices of many parts have increased as well. We are doing our best to get any needed parts as soon as possible. We encourage everyone to get their orders in ASAP. Be sure to contact our parts department if you find something online you’d like to order – we have competitive pricing and access to many catalogs and vendors. They can be reached at parts@capeannmarina.com. The marine store will be open Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm for the beginning of the spring season. Hours will change as summer progresses.
Please contact Karl, our Dockmaster, for dockage requests. He can be reached by email at dockmaster@capeannmarina.com, in the office at 978-283-2116x 455 or via cell/text at 978-325-1121.
We also offer summertime all access or no access trailer storage. Don’t have a boat slip or a mooring? Our Valet Services will also be ready to go when needed. Check out our website for details.
We look forward to servicing you and hope to see you soon!
Thank you,
The Cape Ann Marine Sales & Service Team
