For over 50 years Cape Ann Marina has been hosting seasonal and transient guests, who continue to make it a “must stop” on their itineraries.Discover, explore, fish, beach, and dinghy around our shorelines and take in all it has to offer.
Located on the Annisquam River just inside Gloucester Harbor, protected from swells and weather exposure, we have everything you need right on site. Downtown, shopping, maritime sites, arts, attractions, museums, and walking areas are close by. Our year round Dockmaster and entire marina, service center, hotel and restaurant staff are dedicated to providing you with the best experience possible. If you are coming from the North and Ipswich Bay, follow the scenic ride down the Annisquam River instead of going around Cape Ann. Check your chart and check the tides.
Our onsite restaurant, Mile Marker One Restaurant & Bar (and Igloos) is open year-round with lots of dining venues, drinks and to-go options. Be sure to secure a table reservation so we can best accommodate you.
If you are looking for short term tie up, please inquire with our Dockmaster or Dock staff who can be found on our Fuel Dock. We monitor Channel 10 VHF and look forward to catching your lines!

All Reservations are “Requests” until payment and the request is confirmed as a reservation. We appreciate and advise you to make a reservation through our online system rather than use another booking engine. Reservation requests are confirmed by the Dockmaster after your payment in full has been processed. It’s easy, efficient and you can book now.
Each boat is responsible for their own reservation. Please reference group name upon booking. Group Captains, please send your group our Marina Reservation link today. We will handle the requests as best we can in the order they are received.

If you have any special requests to make your visit to Gloucester more interesting or need more local knowledge for your party’s interests, we encourage you to talk more with our Dockmaster and The Hotel staff. Need a repair? Our Marina Service Center and retail parts store is onsite and our Dockmaster can also assist, so please reach out.
We want to keep you on the water, so be sure to let us know what you need. Our Master Certified and factory authorized Suzuki, Yamaha and Diesel technicians are trained annually as well as our inboard and motor technicians with many years of combined experience. Our boat yard crew has years of experience handling many different types of vessels. We can take boat deliveries and launch or haul and put on a trailer for transport.
