Location, Location, Location….We are happy to announce that we have expanded our upland storage to accommodate more boats, RV’s, and additional vehicles that require all access parking. Our Park – n – Go services are available now.

All access, all the time – each customer will have a space they can access 24/7 from a secured enclosed area. As a customer you will get to enjoy all the amenities of the marina including bathrooms, showers, grillin and chillin areas, hotel, Mile Marker One Restaurant, Cape Ann Marina Sales & Service, fuel dock, pump out and wash down. If you don’t want to handle launching and hauling your boat, we have a service available to assist you. The Boat Valet service provides a hassle free experience. The boat will be in the water and ready to go when you arrive and we will put the boat away when you get back from a great day on the water.

Why store here? We are right on the river and moments to excellent fun boating. You can stock up with supplies food, drinks, and ice. Go fishing, beaching, tubing, cruising then comeback to enjoy drinks, raw bar, fresh food and good vibes right here. If something goes wrong with your boat or trailer, our Service Department is onsite to help you out. We offer cleaning and detailing services before or after you use your boat. Within five minutes from the Gloucester High School Boat Ramp – an easy hook up and go 24/7. Spaces are limited – so please sign up today.

You can rent space for the year, 6 months, month to month or daily. Individual spaces are “all access all the time” and approximately 25′ x 10′, 35′ x 10′ and 45+. Measure your boat on the trailer, RV or vehicle from tip to tail – trailer tongue to engines in the upright stored position to determine what size you will need.

BOAT VALET SERVICES

Don’t have the time or patience to deal with a local boat ramp to launch and haul your boat? Maybe you don’t want to dunk your trailer into salt-water? Let us launch and haul it for you. Full service “Run Ready” launch and “No Effort” haul for turn-key boating as well as other services upon request to maximize your time on the water without the hassle.

Valet service is a pay as you go service with all the extra benefits. At the time we perform your first Valet, you will receive a Preferred Boaters parking pass for the marina. You will also receive a designated phone number provided to Valet customers so you can call or text to request a launch, a haul and inquire for immediate assistance during hours of operation. Valeting your boat will change your boating experience and we can’t wait to get you on the water enjoying!

Valet Service is available to Seasonal Trailer Storage customers only:

  • A “Run Ready” Launch includes a full boat check to ensure all equipment is operating as expected and your boat is in the water waiting for you upon your scheduled time
  • “No Effort” Haul includes top to bottom fresh water rinse, engine flush, tidy boat, remove plug, turn off battery switch and re install the boat cover if provided.
  • Boat fueling, head pump out, ice loaded into your coolers and other services available upon request in advance.

May 25 – October 15, Daily Monday – Sunday 8am to 4pm (Excluding holidays)
All boats must arrive a minimum of 30mins prior to closing to be hauled.

Reservations:

  • After the Valet application and inspection approval, reservations must be made in advance by 2pm the previous day by phone and text to a designated phone number in which you will receive. Payment will be charged to your credit card on file upon making your reservation.
  • Reservation time slots are every half hour, be sure you know what time you want to step onto your boat which will be in the water waiting for you, upon making the reservation. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation.
  • If you are late – additional fees may occur.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, you need to by phone/text or email by 2pm the day before your launch reservation. A credit of your Valet service will be applied to your account. If you cancel after 2pm, there will be no refund or credit.
  • Overnight Dockage Reservations: PLAN! Please arrange for your boat to stay in the water overnight with our Dockmaster. Use our online Marina Reservation system for your request.

What boats are qualified to Valet:

  • To qualify you need to fill out a brief application with your boat information, we conduct a boat/trailer pre-approval inspection. Upon approval you can then request our Valet Service.
  • All Valet customers will also have a current Trailer Storage Agreement with the marina.
  • A credit card on file.

What if something is wrong with my boat?
If a problem is noted during the Run Ready check, you will be notified of the issue and how it will affect your time on the water. If a problem arises while you are on the water, a diagnosis can be provided upon your return. Whatever the issue, our staff can provide you with available options of services and times.

What if I want to use my boat outside of the normal valet hours?
You can trailer your boat to the ramp and haul and launch on your own. Or if you are already in the water contact the Dockmaster for rates and availability. Call on VHF Channel 10 on the water. Requests for haul or launch outside of normal hours are not typically available. However, you can call or text the Valet phone number that you receive to inquire if we can assist you.
