Social Event Group Lodging
Group lodging blocks are recommended for wedding/social event guests coming from out of town. Our year-round hotel features on the water rooms with joined balconies overlooking beautiful salt water marshes and the Annisquam River. Our year-round restaurant, Mile Marker One, offers several dining venues with water views to really feel like your on vacation.
Group lodging reservations will secure 10 to 15 rooms for your visiting guests, requiring a minimum overnight stay and deposit during our peak season months. Your guest rooms will be held under a group code which must be provided by your guests when booking within the group block. Reservations within this block will be accepted until the release date. Any remaining rooms that have not been reserved at that time will be released back into our inventory. Any reservation requests received after the release date will be accepted based on availability and at the current rack rate. Group rates are valid for the date of the group block only and for the room types listed within the group block. Room rates/room types are subject to change for additional nights booked outside of the group block.
Corporate Group Lodging
The Hotel at Cape Ann Marina accommodates corporate retreats, board meetings, executive luncheons and team building. We have great venues to host your next corporate function on the water.
Corporate lodging blocks will hold 10-20 rooms for your traveling guests. Our staff is also available to assist you with meal arrangements and recreational activities. Meal options include eating together in the River View Dining Room, on the casual Bridge Deck, our Igloo Village or in the private Compass Room.
Bus Tours and Art Workshops Group Lodging
Cape Ann Marina is the perfect destination for motor coach and tour bus groups whether it be for a two to four night getaway or just a one night stop over on your tour. Tour buses at Cape Ann Marina enjoy free parking at our hotel.

Discounted weekly rates can be arranged with local attractions and art galleries and workshops with comfortable and clean accommodations. Mile Marker One Restaurant & Bar (onsite) offers a variety of options for breakfast and box lunches packed to-take with you too.
