All hotel rooms and suite style accommodations offer guests with stunning balcony views of the Annisquam River, our active marina life, the Blynman Bridge, salt water marsh and wildlife. Awake each morning to freshly brewed coffee (in your room or lobby), a refreshing salt water breeze and spectacular views of a southeast sunrise. Currently, our rooms are not handicap accessible. If you need a first-floor level room, please advise when making your reservation. Our clerks will describe the room in detail to see if the room meets your needs. To access our lodging building there is a ramp to the first floor and stair access, only, to the second and third-floor rooms. There are ADA parking spaces available for property guests.
