Spanning over 7 acres there is lots to enjoy while you are here. Families, fishermen, Wicked Tuna fans and guests are able to enjoy all our waterfront venues. Special spots include our Sunset Deck; picnic and grilling areas, Waterfront Pavilion (tented for special events and occasions), Aqua Room and of course our ever so popular Bridge Deck hosting a tent and umbrella tables, bar and live music May – October and our authentic igloos Nov-May. While summer is fun outside, we are open year round. The hotel rooms all have water views and balconies and have undergone recent renovations. You can enjoy Mile Marker One at the water’s edge year-round in the lounge and dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as live music and special events. Dock & Dine with us
Our friendly dock staff and Dockmaster will greet you as you arrive. The Marina allows for short term and overnight tie-ups. Whether a destination, meal out or overnight stay is in your plans while you’re here please dine with us. Our Dockmaster monitors Channel 10 on VHF and is standing by to help and catch your lines. The Fuel Dock and pumpout offer extended hours with the best fuel and fueling facility around. Be sure to let us know if you need our assistance.
The marina hosts many small businesses & community events too. Boat Charters for all sorts of fishing, sightseeing, cruising, diving, birding and more. During the giant bluefin tuna season, you can experience the tuna frenzy of boats, fishermen and enthusiasts just waiting to catch their “giant”. The marina also hosts the annual Bluefin Blowout fishing tournament and other fishing tournaments as well.
The Resort is just a short walk away from downtown Gloucester, Stage Fort Park with all its beauty, beaches and playground. Gloucester is filled with more than 375 years of history as an important New England port with rich fishing and maritime tradition. Have fun exploring.
