Compass Room
A private indoor venue, perfect for intimate gatherings, located on the second floor featuring a private bar and private entrance. With beautiful large windows that look over the marina’s docks, salt marsh and the river, the Compass Room’s warm and inviting atmosphere can accommodate parties up to 45 people for a sit down meal and 65 for a cocktail style event. Ideal for rehearsal dinners, bridal/baby showers, birthdays, corporate meetings/dinners, holiday parties, etc. We also can offer a breakout area on our Skywalk located above our pool for cozy gatherings.
BRIDGE DECK
Mile Marker One’s Bridge Deck offers a casual laid back atmosphere. The tented deck (May-Oct.) or Igloo Village (Nov.-May) delivers spectacular views of the Blynman Canal Drawbridge, the Annisquam River and Cape Ann’s Marina docks while providing covered and sun exposed seating. Semi-private event bookings are available during off peak dining times, while private bookings are considered before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.
