The Compass Room is a private indoor venue that is perfect for intimate gatherings. Located on the second floor and accessible by stairs only, the room has a private bar and private entrance. This venue features beautiful large windows that overlook the marina’s docks, salt marsh, and Annisquam River. The Compass Room’s warm inviting atmosphere can accommodate cocktail style, buffet style, and clambake style events. It is an ideal venue for rehearsal dinners, bridal & baby showers, birthdays, corporate meetings, holiday parties and more!

Compass Room Beverage Service

The Compass Room bar features bottled beers, specialty wine selections and full selection of liquors. Bartender(s) in addition to, a full bar setup is included in the rental price. We offer the most popular brands of top-shelf liquors, beer, wine, soda and fruit juices.

CASH BAR
Charges are based on the number of drinks consumed. All costs are charged to the individual guest.

OPEN BAR
An unlimited open bar to include top shelf liquors, beer, wine, soda, and fruit juices for a set per person fee. Alcohol service is stopped 30 minutes prior to the end of the event. Shots are not available when there is a full open bar. A gratuity charge of 18% will be added to the hosted bar bill.
