Ceremony Onsite
Ceremony Onsite Onsite Ceremonys are a great way to keep it casual, and maximize your party time. A minimum amount of chairs are set up, and then the rest stand. For more details contact us. An additional $250 charge applies (details may apply). Ceremony is Free on Saturdays with a 5 hour rental.
Bar Services
We are set up with a full bar, draft beer, and specialitty cocktails and liquors. We offer you and your guests a choice of a Cash Bar or Open Bar. A minimum fee may apply to small parties. For details ask our Function Coordinator.
Boat Rental - The Anni is a Pontoon Boat.
Free River Cruise Host a clambake, let your guests see Cape Ann from the river, or how about a harbor cruise. Together we can offer a little activity for your function. Or just charter with your out of town guests. Great for showers, family reunions, company outings, department outings, parties, and more...
Each hour $175 plus tip (2 hr minimum)
